Leonard review

Ourika is a relatively new course but you don't experience that when you are out playing it. It has a very nice driving range where you hit balls from thick green grass in January(!) On the whole course the contrast between the green fairways and the sand of the bunkers or yellow grass is very nice. Some holes have a similar design with big bunkers/waste areas to cross from the tee or an entire fairway bordered by a bunker. But it's really nice. Also the height differences are in play on the back nine and there is a par 3 with an elevated green very well designed. In the routing from 11 to 12 we somehow missed hole 12 and went straight to 13 and at 14 realized our mistake. Maybe an extra sign could be useful or a tip before leaving the 11th. The food in the clubhouse was very good and the terrace is great. The locker rooms however do not really fit the rest of this really nice top-end course. There are plans to enlarge the clubhouse that would be excellent. The staff was very friendly and prices reasonable. I would love to come back and play here again.
