About the club Golf du Médoc Resort

Located at 30 minutes from Bordeaux in eastern France, the Médoc golf course offers 2 18-hole courses: the “château” and the “vignes”. The first was voted the best course in France in 2014 by the World Golf Awards. Ranked among the top 15 golf courses in continental Europe, the Golf du Médoc is technically but suitable for all levels. It regularly hosts international championships. The Médoc golf course offers athletes two remarkably designed courses whose main quality are the technical richness of the course, forcing the player to always invent different strokes. Moins bien que le parcours des Châteaux le parcours des vignes est un golf qui permet de jouer au golf mais rien de passionnant la première partie avec peu de végétation et une seconde partie parkland.

Depuis des années je viens dans la région et joue ce parcours. Parcours golfique qualifier de links pour sa pauvre végétation, rien d'exceptionnel, les greens sont plutôt bons et sont au moins 30 % plus roulant que celui de Lacanau. Toujours pas de signalisation pour le suivi des trous et sur le retour aucun aménagement sur 2 trous qui permettrait d'éviter des zones inon…
