Golf Club Varese: top golf, tradition and history in a wonderful natural environment. The challenging course and historic monastery clubhouse are set in mature woodland with spectaculare views of the lakes and Monte Rosa.
Varese’s layout has been designed to offer 18 very different holes. The course takes advantage of the natural, undulating terrain and indeed it’s rare to play a shot from a perfectly flat lie.
Situated in the foothills of the Alps between Milan and Switzerland, Varese Golf Club is open all year round.

Wat een heerlijke golfbaan is dit zeg. Alles klopt hier. Prachtige fareways, strakke greens, bunkers prima, een statig oud clubhuis. En zo'n baan kun je dan met je golfhaftet kaart spelen voor 35 euro de man. Ongekend pure verwennerij.
De baan verveeld geen moment en je moet een allround golfer zijn om hier met een goede score af te komen.

Such a nice place to stay and play for a whole day. The golf course is very nice, not very long, especially most of the PAR 4's. So a nice golf course for every level of golfer. The maintenance is very good and I like the sand in the bunkers. And the views on the lakes and Alps are amazing. A golf cart is not necessary.
