Club de Golf Villaviciosa runs through a valley that gives the golf lover an ideal place for practicing this sport. The Course has 9 holes, currently being expanded to 12, of medium difficulty and three lakes. One of its main features is that it has blind holes and all are different, making the game fun. The golf clubs lies in the heart of the District of La Sidra. The course is divided into two areas: a round of nine par-3 holes of between 45 and 160 metres and a further six par-4’s, which combine to make the Villaviciosa golf course the ideal place for both beginners and more experienced players. There is also a practice course with covered stands for practising long shots and an approach area complete with bunker where players can practise their short game. The facilities are rounded off by a social club where the prize-giving ceremonies are held after tournaments, and there is golf shop offering a wide range of golf-related articles.More
