A warm welcome to Musselburgh Links, The Old Golf Course, an original 'Open Championship' venue, hosting the competition on six occasions between 1874 and 1889. Documentary evidence proves that golf was played on Musselburgh Links as early as 2 March 1672 making it world's oldest golf course in the world.

The oldest golf course in the world! You can’t get any better than that!
Even though it’s only 9 holes, I was in awe of everything I saw. From the rough fairways to the decent greens, all around the middle of a racetrack! I just found it absolutely incredible! I had so much fun playing the course and we were lucky enough to get a tee time when we turned up!
