Dundonald Links Golf Club

Set against the mesmerising backdrop of the mountains of Arran across the Firth of Clyde, Dundonald Links is a top class modern links course. With large undulating and well-defended greens, Dundonald has often been likened to the world famous links of Carnoustie. Originally known as Southern Gailes, the course was further developed by the highly-acclaimed golf course architect Kyle Philips, who is renowned for his work at Kingsbarns, The Grove Castle Stuart and Yas Links, and is a proud member of the Loch Lomond Golf Club family. Dundonald is a popular members’ and visitors’ course but enjoys a well-deserved reputation as a demanding championship venue.The course is set to host the Aberdeen Asset Management Ladies Scottish Open and Aberdeen Asset Management Scottish Open in 2017.More
