If playing for the 1st time sometimes difficult to guess the direction as the green/pin can not be seen and also the flight in front of you. Een heel gewone golfbaan, zoals er honderden zijn. Niet bijzonder goed, ook niet slecht. Hobbelige fairways. Greens zijn allemaal groot en redelijk snel. Waren net belucht en gezand. Golfbaan is aangelegd op het terrein van een vroegere kolenmijn. Grote hoogte verschillen daardoor soms verrassende afslagen Tweede negen heel veel bunkers. Hole 12 is een lastpost.
