Acerca de Hilversumsche Golf Club
Founded in 1895
The Hilversumsche Golf Club is located on the Soestdijkerstraatweg 172 in Hilversum, where a road lined with majestic beech trees welcomes you to the beautiful, 100 year old forest course.
In recent years, the course, located in the Kievitsdal, has been renovated by architect Kyle Philips, with the original landscape and aspects of the former architect Harry S. Colt being retained wherever possible.
In 2010, all renovations were completed for the Hilversumsche Golf Club to host the KLM Dutch Open for the 25th time. The KLM Open, a four day grand spectacle of championship golf, is made possible with the help of many volunteers both within and outside the club.

De Hilversumsche is een prachtige baan op een mooie locatie. Het nieuwe clubhuis is heel licht en sfeervol geworden. Af en toe was het een eindje lopen tussen greens en tees. Holes zijn lang en vrij smal, maar tussen de bomen waren ballen goed te vinden. Ik vond het leuk dat op het bospad dat dwars door de baan loopt veel recreatie was, we kwamen veel wandelaars en fietse…

I have played this course after UGC De Pan (in the morning) and I have to say, it was just as fun! We had a great 4 ball tee time with the gentlemen who hosted us and had a lot of fun, plus, since he is a golf course designer and a member, a lot of interesting stories and insights of the course that just made it more interesting to play.

3 dagen met heel veel plezier op de Hilversumsche gespeeld. Het nieuwe clubhuis en de bijgebouwen vallen direct positief op. De driving range is OK met gratis goede ballen. Helaas waren de nieuwe putting en chipping green nog niet geopend. De kunstgras green is dan een matig surrogaat.
De uitstekend onderhouden baan behoort bij de top 10 van Nederland. Hole 9 is tijdeli…
