The O'Connor Course: Avis

This course stands out alot. Very well designed. One of the best looking club houses ive seen and same can be said for the golf course. Championship worthy easily. Specially off the back tees. Greatly maintained tee boxes and greens. Can be bit pricy but you will see why once you have gotten the first couple shots out.

great, spectacular layout - excellent course condition. the locker rooms had some flaws (no towels, lockers did not work).

Der Platz ist sehr hügelig und unterscheidet sich dadurch von den anderen Plätzen an der Algave.

Played this course two days on March 2nd and 3rd on a weekend stay in the resort. The course is absolutely fabulous, difficult but very enjoyable. Prachtige baan. Faldo meer heuvelachtig met prachtige vergezichten en veel blinde shots. O’Connor vlak en beetje saai. Beiden gespeeld. Uitstekende service. Clubhuis valt wat tegen, wel mooi uitzicht op terras.

Mooie aanbieding twee personen met buggy 150 euro. 2 x gelopen de baan een feestje wel moeilijk.

Prachtige omgeving waarin je langzaam de contouren van de twee banen ziet tekenen om je heen. Mooi groots opgezet met dito clubhuis. Je wil eigenlijk zo snel mogelijk de baan in, want het ziet er geweldig uit en dat is het ook! Lovely championship course in very good condition with tight fairways which I love. The opening hole is a tough start and really should have been made easier to ease you into the course. Lovely course - lots of shots over especially for the second or third shots so it might not suit the ladies as much as the men. Quite a wide open course and therefore it might be more enjoyable for the higher handicappers than the Faldo. Course it a very good layout and is very flat. The par 3’s are very good and tricky. I’d definitely play it again. Plus

Met zeer veel wind gespeeld en dan is de baan ineens een stuk moeilijker bespeelbaar volgens mij. Brede fairways en bunkers voor bijna alle greens maken er wel een uitdagende baan van.

Winterspecial prijs € 65,- TOP. Ontvangst super, tassen afgegeven en buggy staat klaar met flesje water. Driving range uitstekend inclusief munt voor de ballen. Starter aanwezig met specifieke info over meerdere holes, heel fijn. Holes soms wat verder uit elkaar, geen probleem met verplichte buggy. Bunkers 95% oké, enkele met te dunne laag fijn zand. Super baan van begin tot einde. Golfspullen worden bij je auto opgehaald en weer terug gebracht. Starter op hole 1 die je duidelijke info geeft over de baan. Gewoon een mooie eerlijke baan die met de winterdeal ook nog eens erg prijs vriendelijk is.

Mooie baan. Clubhuis erg ongezellig en slechte service.

Fordernder Platz sehr anspruchsvolle Bahnen mit schwierig zum spielenden Grüns... sehr zu empfehlen.

Magnifique golf Technique avec une végétation superbe et des vues imprenables en hauteur En pleine saison vaut mieux être en twilight pour un bon tarif.

Bonito recorrido algo artificial sobre todo por los grandes bunkers muy dibujados, recorrido tipo americano lejos del espíritu británico. Mantenimiento excelente. Green fees ajustados.

Parcours très bien entretenu à part en effet les tee boxes qui ne sont pas au top. Voiturette bar toujours sympa à croiser. Greens un peu lent pour un parcours de ce niveau. Prix d’heure tardive (80€ à partir de 15h30) avec voiturette inclus (et nécessaire) vraiment un très bon rapport qualité prix.
