PGA Catalunya is one of the best golf courses in Spain and Europe. The resort has two beautiful courses, the Stadium and Tour course. The stadium course is renowned for hosting several European Tour tournaments and can be quite challenging, to say the least. It’s a long course suitable for big hitters, though accuracy is also essential from the tee as the greens are surrounded by water. The Tour course is equally beautiful but plays a bit kinder than the Stadium Course. With on-course hotels, villas and restaurants, PGA Catalunya is a great place to visit.
Las Colinas Golf & Country Club has a single objective: to offer the best services and amenities so that every single customer enjoys a unique experience. A world apart… to play golf.
The course at Las Colinas was designed by the renowned North American landscape architect, Cabell B. Robinson. He was also responsible for other internationally recognized golf courses such as La Reserva, Finca Cortesín, Praia d’El Rey Golf d’Evian. If you are considering to play a golf course in Valencian Community, there are multiple options. Las Colinas Golf & Country Club is definitely one of them!
Lo Romero Golf boasts possibly one of the most challenging holes on the Costa Blanca in the Valencian Community. The 18th hole of Lo Romero Golf is a par 4 of 356m (from the yellow tees) played from an elevated tee which looks down onto the island green.
We would recommend visiting Lo Romero to enjoy a great round of golf. Lo Romero offers an enjoyable par-72 golf course that runs through a natural landscape and measures just over six kilometres from the yellow tees. Enjoy the tranquillity of nature mixed with sport where the only sound you will hear is the rustling sound of pine trees and the squirrels that live in them.
With a rating of an 8.3, Lo Romero is one of the best golf courses in Spain, but the 460 reviews prove that it also is one of the most popular golf courses in Spain.
Calanova Golf Club is located in the Mijas Golf Valley just 10 kilometres from Fuengirola and 15 kilometres from Marbella. Calanova opened its doors in February 2006.
The course at Calanova is an 18-hole par-72 course which measures 5.866 meters from the yellow tees. We can guaranty that golfers will enjoy this course, but a game strategy plays an important role. Calanova Golf provides great views of the Mediterranean Sea and Mijas Mountains on almost every hole.
The La Finca golf club lies in natural surroundings of great beauty and has fantastic views. Its facilities are open to everyone who wants to play golf in the heart of nature while being able to enjoy the beaches, sailing clubs and a host of other facilities and services just a few minutes away.
Several lakes add beauty and difficulty to the course and have made the course the home of a wide variety of birds, such as ducks and egrets. The interior of the course is home to olive and palm trees, thus creating a beautiful backdrop of vegetation with a distinctly Mediterranean flavour, right in the Valencian Community.
Nestled between the arresting beauty of the Sierra de Mijas Natural Park and the shimmering Mediterranean Sea, La Cala is a genuine haven of tranquillity. Three superb golf courses, a truly luxurious spa and acres of untamed natural surroundings are waiting for you.
There are three courses at La Cala, that all have distinctive differences: Campo America boasts spectacular views of the Sierra de Ojén and the Mediterranean Sea. Campo Asia which is the oldest of the three courses demands a cool head and strategic thinking because of the short but narrow holes. Campo Europa is a dramatic course but, nonetheless, more forgiving than its sister courses.
The promise of a thrilling round of golf in magnificent natural surroundings. A lazy lunch with friends on the Club House terrace. A cooling dip after a luxurious aromatherapy massage. You’ll find it at La Cala.
The TorreMirona golf resort puts its exclusive golf facilities at your disposal for you to enjoy your favourite sport in a luxurious environment. Located just 7 kilometres from the city of Figueres, this magnificent 18-hole championship course (par-72) amazes even the most demanding golfers.
The area, between the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees, is characterized by its magnificent climate and pleasant temperatures 365 days a year, which makes it ideal for golf. There are many lakes and bunkers along the course, wide undulated greens and exciting holes, including hole 5 that has an island green.
Golf las Ramblas was created by the designer Pepe Gancedo who always incorporates his designs with creative and innovative characteristics. The Las Ramblas golf course looks stunning and has been developed on a steep terrain surrounded by water in the Valencian Community. The vegetation surrounding the course is formed primarily of leafy pines that create an unforgettable backdrop for the course. Furthermore, Las Ramblas offers magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea. But don’t get too distracted by the nice views: Accuracy is required on this course!
Tip: If you are staying in the La Finca hotel (also from Quara group) your transfer from the hotel to Las Ramblas (up to 7 people) will be arranged for you for free.
The Golf de Pals golf course, built in a large pine forest next to the Pals beach, is a course all types of player from the least skilled to the most experienced can get excited about. Over its 50 years of history, numerous professional and amateur national and European tournaments have been played there.
The first holes are quite short; with narrow fairways, slight doglegs, very deep bunkers protecting the greens and hundred-year-old pine trees lining the edges, they require high precision play. From the 12th hole, the holes are longer and with a more continental style. The fairways get wider and the greens are more generous.
The Empordà Golf Resort enjoys a privileged location in Catalonia, just thirty minutes from Girona and its airport, and fifteen minutes from the best beaches on the Costa Brava.
The course at Empordà Golf consists of 36 holes divided between two 18-hole rounds: Links and Forest. It was designed by Robert Von Hagge who successfully integrated a links-style area with large lakes, dunes and extensive bunkers into a Mediterranean landscape. The course is characterized by dense and well maintained pinewoods and wide fairways. He was aided in this task by the exceptional beauty of the natural surroundings in the Baix Empordà, in the very heart of the Costa Brava.
