Fuerteventura Golf Club

Fuerteventura Golf Club is situated to the south of the village of Caleta de Fuste, just 8 kilometres from the airport and the clubhouse is located on the premises of the 5-star Luxury Hotel Elba Palace Golf. The 18-hole course has a par of 70 and a total distance of 6,069 metres. It has three lakes with a river meandering between them. The 17th is a par-5 which climbs to a raised green, while the 18th is a par-4 dogleg which drops down towards the clubhouse. The rest of the course is relatively flat. The facilities include a practice course with 50 tee positions, an enormous putting green, another green for practising approach shots and escapes from bunkers, and an extensive network of paths for the buggies. Classes are taught in various languages. The services also include a large, well stocked golf shop, changing rooms with lockers, and the possibility of hiring carts, buggies and two kinds of clubs.
