Der Empfang im Proshop, wo auch das Greenfee gezahlt wurde, war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Platz war, trotz der langen Trockenheit doch noch recht gut bespielbar. Die Bahnen sind grundsätzlich sehr fair, mit wenig Baumbestand und dadurch auch für Golfer mit höherem Handicap spielbar. Als je een verwen uitje wil dan moet je hier naar toe. Tis wel ff rijden, maar het is gewoon een heel goed met twee leuke en boeiende banen naast het hotel. Zowel de Goethe als de Feiniger courses hebben mooie en lastige holes die je ook apart kunt spelen in de Bobby Jones Combinatie. Gaan hier zeker weer naar terug vanwege de combinatie hotel-banen en Stad Weimar.
