Golf in Switzerland
Most golf courses in Switzerland are easy to reach by car and public transport. A nice benefit of playing in Switserland is the fact that you are able to hit the ball much further than normal, due to the thin air in the mountains. Golfing in Switzerland is truly an adventure, you walk on narrow paths and alpine meadows. But you also have a good chance of spotting deer or other wildlife.

Golfpark Waldkirch
Functional golf facility, with 18 holes and 2x9holes. The practice facilities are pretty good except driving range is too short for longer hitters.

Fairways and greens maintenance is fantastic and rough is challenging but playable. We loved the se…

Golfclub Lenzerheide
Golfclub Lenzerheide was designed by Donald Harradine and opened in 1951. Harradine's credo was to make a course fun and playable for all level of golfers but also challenging for the low handicapper. And I think he succeeded in Lenzerheide. At 5200 meters from the backtees the course is quite short by today's standard. But thankfully the club has resisted to lengthen t…
