About Ternesse Golf & Country Club

Ternesse Golf & Country Club was established in 1976 and is made up of 27 holes. The course is built in a former castle domain of 70 ha. Beautiful trees and water features ensure the uniqueness of the course, while each hole brings a new and different experience. In 2009 the course was drastically renovated which resulted in the challenging look of today. Ternesse is situated nearby the city center of Antwerp which makes the club easily accessible. The clubhouse is known as one of the nicest and cosiest of Belgium, assets enforced by a recent renovation.

The course gets better year after year! The improvements make it very diverse, sometimes demanding but friendly. The park course (trees) have suffered from the windy conditions, a pity as they were very impressive. The greens are good, the fairways dry and maintained. Great clubhouse, good food!

Zeer mooie baan in prima staat van onderhoud in deze omstandigheden na deze droogte Greens moeilijk te lezen maar kei hard.

De oefenfaciliteiten zijn sinds mijn laatste bezoek sterk verbeterd (en ze waren al goed). Gratis ballen op de range, goede lange afslagmat, voldoende targets. Voeg daar nog de goede pitch practice bij met 3 greens en voldoende afslagplaatsen op verschillende afstanden voor verschillende greens. Er is ook nog een grote chippinggreen met bunker. Dit is mijn thuusclub en daardoor staat men er vaak te weinig bij stil hoe goed en mooi deze baan is. De afgelopen jaren is er hard gewerkt en daarvan zie je nu de mooie resultaten.
