About Islantilla Golf Resort

Beach, golf, gastronomy, sport... relax!

Opened in 1992, this is famous for being one of the best courses in Spain. In 2000 it was listed by the prestigious Golf Digest magazine as among the 100 best courses in Europe. Situated inside the modern Islantilla residential complex, the course has a fantastic climate and wonderful views of the sea whose azure tones contrast sharply with the lush green vegetation which surrounds the 27 holes which make up the course, and are divided into three rounds of varying difficulty which players of any handicap will enjoy. The course was designed with great care, with gentle slopes and pretty lakes, and the quality of the Pencross greens and Agrostis fairways endows the course with great versatility. The courses have a total length of 9,075 metres and is considered to be a commercial course.

This course combines holes for strategist players and long ball hitters. It is ideal for higher handicappers.

It is an interesting par 36 course with 3 par 3, 3 par 4 and 3 par 5, what make it appropriate for medium handicappers. Except for the first three holes the rest is quite affordable

It is specially designed for medium-low handicappers. Aproach shots will be decisive for a good result.

Super leuke golfbaan met behoorlijk veel hoogteverschillen. Niet al te moeilijk en zeer fatsoenlijke horeca prijzen. Wel erg druk en (te) veel wachten op de flight voor ons.

En general es un campo que se mantiene todo el año en muy buena condiciones, tanto los greenes como las calles están en muy buenas condiciones, recomiendo 100% visitar el campo, está en el top de la costa de la luz.

Mooie uitdagende baan, goed onderhouden. Onverwacht werden wij bij een ouder stel uit Ierland geplaatst in de flight, een complete verrassing. Mede daardoor viel de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding wat tegen.
