About Golf De La Nivelle

Designed in 1907, the three-lined course winds around a hill between ocean, river and mountains. It was initially designed bij J.H. Taylor, champion and famous golf architect. It is a unique and typically British course, varied and undulating, revealing to you superb panoramas, alternating between ocean, la Nivelle river, the harbour of St Jean de Luz and the Pyrénées. This course requires technique: the landscape and the slopes, sometimes steep, require the golfer to adapt stance and swing; the sloping greens are demanding.

Fui con Once amigos en Octubre de 2019. Salió un día raro, daba agua, pero en principio por la tarde, pudimos jugar unos 9 ó 10 hoyos, pero nos encantó el campo y sus gentes. Volveremos seguro, al menos yo, si la pandemia termina y puedo ir al sudoeste este verano. De paso preguntaré por unas gafas adidas que me dejé en el mostrador del cady master. JijIjijIi.

parcours valloné (chariot électrique bienvenu), des trous en aveugle, ce que je n'apprécie personnellement pas, des pars 3 longs, mais globalement un parcours intéressant entretien très correct pour la saison (sable des bunkers de bonne qualité) dommage que les jardiniers ne prête aucune attention aux joueurs (pour ne pas dire plus) Practice loin (que traverse le trou n°4…

Sehr gut gepflegter Platz am Rande eines Wohngebietes, schön angelegt. Umgeben von Straßen und einer Autobahn ist der Verkehr leider überall zu hören. Driving Range etwas entfernt und an Bahn 4 gelegen, was bedeutet, dass alle paar Minuten die Übungsschläge aufgrund querender Flights eingestellt werden muss. Empfang sehr freundlich, Zieh-Trolleys kostenlos.

dire aux hommes d’entretien que le parcours serait beaucoup plus agréable si ils arrêtaient leurs machines quand on joue à côté d’eux. jouer en traversant le practice sur un trou n’est pas agréable.
