Designed by architect Severiano Ballesteros, the Pont Royal golf course offers an 18-hole course with panoramic views of the Alpilles, the Luberon, the Durance valley and the Trévaresse massif. Open to tourists and golfers of all levels, the interesting course is a challenge to discover. Renowned among the best golf courses in Europe, it hosts the "Hopps Open de Provence" tournament, an event of the European Challenge Tour, a European professional circuit.

Un golf qu'il faut jouer plusieurs fois pour commencer à le maitriser. J'ai joué 32 la première fois,24 la deuxième et 22 dimanche dernier (avec un index de 14 et 18 coups de rendus). Petit regret sur le 1 qui est en green d'hiver depuis 2 semaines. Et toujours ce point noir du practice sur l'autre parcours, ce qui nécessite de prendre sa voiture.

Superbe parcours, demandant de bien le connaitre pour performer, car certains trous sont effectivement en aveugle, et même en étant accompagné par des membres pas simple. Le parcours est manucuré, les greens sont très très roulants (j'ai pris 3 putts sur les 4 premiers trous). par contre devoir aller faire du practice sur un autre terrain, le 9 trous de Durance est compli…
