I didn't know what to expect after reading the reviews. So I was really surprised about the design of the 1st 9 holes, the variety and the good quality of the fairways, bunkers and greens. The 2nd 9 holes are not comparable with the 1st 9 holes. So nice, well designed and very challenging to play. What a pleasure to play these golf course.

Marco Simone was selected to host the Ryder Cup in 2022 and is designed by David Mezzacane and Jim Fazio the same architects as Nationale north of Rome. The course is owned by the family of Laura Biagotti famous for perfume and fashion and they had a great vision for the course.
