About Troia Golf

At the crossroads of the Sado Estuary and Serra da Arrábida, the Troia Golf Championship Course is an 18-hole, par 72 course, 6.317 metres alongside the beach with a magnificent sea view. Designed by the American golf architect Trent Jones Senior, Troia Golf was elected one of the best golf courses in world. Robert Trent Jones Senior selected hole 3 of Tróia's golf course as one of the best he has ever designed, and included it in his ideal 18-hole course.

Coming from Setubal, the quickest way to get to Troia Golf is to take the ferry. In 25 minutes you arrive on the peninsula and 10 minutes later your arrive at the course. The parking spots are covered. Reception was very welcoming and friendly. A stroke saver is available for EUR 7, and turned out to be a good help in playing Troia Golf.
