The Vidago Palace Hotel Golf Course in the Norte Region of Portugal is the ideal place for anyone wanting to combine golf with relaxation and tranquility. Opened in 1936, with a course designed by the Scottish specialist Philip Mackenzie Ross, the Vidago Palace Hotel Golf Course was renovated in 2010 by Cameron Powell, who made it even more challenging. An ideal way to experience the magical setting of the Vidago Palace Hotel.
The course has now been completely rebuilt according to USGA specifications for tees and greens, has been transformed into a Par 72 course, enhancing the organization of International Championships, keeping the identity of the original design and faithfully reflecting the beauty, the unique qualities for this sport, the spirit and distinctive sign of the place.

Je gaat naar vidago palace maar niet enkel om te golfen. Er is een super 5* hotel en spa bij die de moeite waard is. De golf zelf is ook wel dik ok. Eerste 9 zijn redelijk vlak.
