I was a member of the Al Dafhra form 1984 and 1985 and also played there in 2003. It is a course designed by uk citizens and before there was any green golf course in the UAE. The course is made in the desert and you have to carrey your plastic mat with you if on the fairway you can put your ball on the mat and hit. Otherwise play form the rand.
