About The Els Club Dubai
The Els Club at Dubai Sports City is the first golf course in the Middle East designed by three time Major Champion Ernie Els. From the tips, the course stretches 7,538 yards with 81 beautifully shaped bunkers and sublime contoured greens providing a real test for the professional and at the same time, an equally fair challenge for the average players from the forward tees.
The Els Club opened its doors in 2008. It alsohas a state-of-the-art Butch Harmon School of Golf featuring all TPI certified instructors, video and 3D analysis along four large indoor hitting bays.

Still one of my favourite golf courses in Dubai. Great and diverse desert layout, with proper bunker positioning. The bunkers are exactly where they need to be so choose your tee boxes wisely. If you can not hit at least 220m carry with your driver do yourself a favour and play from white/silver tees which are the 3rd set of tees. Second (blue) set of tees are just too ch…
