The course is Good. The disgraceful condition of 1 of the greens last Nov (covered in moorhen poo) has now been rectified.

This is one of the toughest courses in the area of Murcia especially if you are brave enough to take it on from the back tees. Jack created a beautiful monster with this course and before the 2008 crash it had Ryder Cup ambitions as it truly is a stadium course with great vantage points all over it. Alas due to the aforementioned economic problems of 2008 the proposed majestic club house never got built and that truly is a shame because out of all the courses in the area this course demands the best one. The course can be played by all off the yellow tees but is still an incredible test. I have seen many low handicappers take a beating but have also see mid/high handicappers score well. It's full of risk and reward shots and has typical undulating massive Jack Nicklaus style greens. Many three + putts on tiered greens to be had... beware! The signature hole on what's called the "signature course" is the par 3 11th. It's a tee to green shot entirely over water and if the wind is with you can take a short iron but if isn't it can be a 3 wood! Every hole is a real test and with the beautiful back drop of the Sierra Espuna and Mountain of Carrascoy it can take your breath away. The modern style apartments shield the north side of the course but are set back well from the fairways unlike other courses locally where some of the real estate encroaches on to the course. Play here I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
