At Leading Courses, we are committed to offering golfers the best possible value when booking tee times. As part of that commitment, we proudly offer our Best Price Guarantee. If you find the same tee time at a lower price directly from a golf club within 24 hours of making a booking through our platform, we will match that price.

If the booking has already been completed, we will provide you with a voucher equal to the price difference. This voucher can be used for a future booking on Leading Courses, allowing you to continue enjoying great golf at the best rates available.

Please ensure that your request meets the following five conditions:

1. The claim must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your booking confirmation from Leading Courses.
2. The price you found must apply to the exact same product. This means the same golf club, course, date, time, number of players, and any included extras such as a buggy or lunch. The conditions under which the price is offered must also be identical, including any seasonal or promotional structures such as early bird or twilight rates.
3. The lower price must be provided directly by the golf club. Prices quoted by third-party resellers, travel agents, or online booking platforms are not eligible under the Best Price Guarantee.
4. The comparison must be made against the basic rate only. Any additional fees, service charges, loyalty discounts, or bundled offers such as accommodation or spa packages are not included in the price match.
5. If your claim is approved, we will issue a voucher equal to the price difference. This voucher can be applied to a future booking made through Leading Courses. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

To request a price match, please fill in this form. Be sure to include your booking reference, along with clear evidence of the lower price, such as a screenshot or a direct link. The offer must be publicly available and verifiable by our team.
