Nicklaus design has created a golf experience at Cana Bay, within the grounds of the Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana, that is certain to enhance the fast-growing reputation of the Dominican Republic as a world renowned golf destination. The Hard Rock Golf Course is an amazing 18 hole par 72 Jack Nicklaus Design with a total of 7,253 yards. The course features beautiful Platinum Paspalum grass, undulating greens with sufficient surrounding bailout areas, fairways that carve through the Dominican jungle, and strategically designed bunker layouts. Each hole is distinctive and a unique golf experience. The greens have been skillfully designed and sculpted with various levels and pin placements. Typische resort golfbaan met veel dezelfde holes qua lay-out. Niet al te moeilijk.
Weinig verheffende holes, bijna alle afslagen kunnen met een driver gestart worden. Er wordt momenteel veel gebouwd rondom de baan...

Gut angelegter und sehr gepflegter Golfplatz. Breite Fairways und große Grüns machen das Spiel für jede Spielklasse von den unterschiedlichen Abschlägen anspruchsvoll. Nervig sind nur die GPS gesteuerten Golfcarts, die es teilweise nicht erlauben, näher als 50 Meter! an das Grün zu fahren.

Deze golfbaan gaan spelen omdat een Canadees ons vertelde dat we deze zeker moesten gaan spelen
Ons viel het zeer tegen
Om de gehele golfbaan wordt gebouwd
Geen rust en geen mooi uitzicht dus
Alleen maar werkende bouwlui
Ik vond het een bouwput
Prijs was 130 USD p. p na 14:00
Inclusief rangeballs, drinken en eten in de baan en in het clubhuis en buggy (met gps)
Baan lag er oké bij maar dat mag ook wel voor die prijs want in verhouding met andere banen vond ik dit de minste mooie leuke en uitdagende baan!
