Krommerijn is naar mijn mening een van de leukere negen holes banen in de omgeving van Utrecht. Je kunt er makkelijk terecht, de prijzen zijn goed en het arrangement met diner is top. De baan zelf is leuk en afwisselend. Puntje van kritiek zijn de greens, die waren deze keer gewoon niet goed. Hobbelig en er zaten behoorlijk wat plekken in die ervoor zorgen dat de bal zijn… Plus

Speelden hier op zaterdag. Moest 70 euro afrekenen voor 2 volwassenen en 1 jeugdspeler (10 jaar). Ik vind 20 euro voor een jeugdspeler wat te gortig... 25 euro voor 9 holes in weekend voor ons is echter prima. Baan zelf is lastig (smal) en soms ook wel oneerlijk. Gewoon een goede golfbaan onder de rook van Utrecht. Wij speelden - ivm met starttijd rond 17.45 - de back nine, die over het algemeen net wat interessanter zijn dan de front nine. Zeer verrast hoeveel hier is veranderd. Vlaggen bij aankomst, welkomstborden, vernieuwd clubhuis en gewoon een goede en interessante golfbaan. Prince’s Golf Club is a very decent links course on a nice piece of land on the coast of Kent. Next door neighbour is Royal St. Georges. It's always tricky to judge a golf course during fall and when it's wet. Kromme Rijn can be quite wet and muddy when there has been a lot of rain. What to say about the Dutch? You can only play on invitation here, so it is not possible to say anything about the price-quality ratio. We played here during fall and the golf course is still in great condition. Good fairways (not wet althought it had rained) perfect greens and good tee-boxes. Compliments to the greenkeepers. The layout of Elea - a Nick Faldo design - is good and the course is pretty forgiving. Due to time constraints (we had to fly back in the evening) unfortunately we could only play the front nine which are less demanding than the back nine. Secret Valley had to deal with some challenges in the past (bankruptcy/problems with the former owner) but is now managed by Troon Golf. This Donald Steel designed golf course is the only golf course in Cyprus which is located in the mountains so I would recommend to hire a buggy when playing here. This 9-hole course located in the middle of The Netherlands is something special. A long private road leads up to the golf course. Ample parking and a lovely and cosy clubhouse. We speelden hier met de manager van Monte Rei (die wel wat gewend is; want dat is de nr 1 baan in Portugal sinds jaren) op de maandag na de Amersfoortse kampioenschappen. Zeer gemoedelijke golf club met vriendelijke mensen. Ik was hier om hun 60-jarige lustrum te vieren en alles was prima geregeld. De baan ligt in een mooi natuurgebied in Hoog-Soeren, een toeristische trekpleister met veel hotels. Prima dus om aldaar te verblijven, te wandelen, te fietsen en op de Veluwse te golfen. Prima golfbaan en erg fijn om korte spel te oefenen. Wedges, evt je ijzer 9 meenemen en een putter is voldoende. Je bent binnen een uurtje rond en doorstroming is prima. Greens zijn goed en dat moet ook. Veel afwisseling qua holes. Tegenwoordig altijd druk en veel activiteiten. Prima dus! Nu nog wachten op drivingrange en pitch/putt area. Prijs/kwaliteit is top.

Played here on invitation, so can't really say something about the price-quality. But 65 euro seems to be a fair price for 18 holes. This golf club has quite some ambition and this can be seen everywhere. Nice new signs in the style of 'the Achterhoek', nice new shelters and just everything is in nick condition. Very friendly golf club with a nice inlands course. The course has two sections with 9 holes. The first section is slightly less difficult than the second section. When walking to hole 10 you pass the clubhouse, so good to have a watertap somewhere and a place to get some quick sandwiches. The course is good, but has some little flaws here and there. Health Center Hoenderdaal is a big sports center with tennis courts (indoor and outdoor), squash courts, yoga, pilatus and... golf.
