An okay golfcourse in nice surroundings. Not very memorable. Good training facilities. Good value for the price we payed.

Flad linksbane. Mange af hullerne skåret igennem lyng. Meget anderledes fra de fleste andre baner jeg har spillet. Flot udsigt fra de fleste huller. Dejlig klubhus med god restaurant. Udfordrende layout hvor fairways skal rammes for ikke at ligge i uspilbart lyng eller rough. En udfordring i vind. Skal man kritisere banen kan det fremhæves at hullerne er lidt for ens o… Plus

Beautiful manicured Jack Nicklaus course with all his signature bunkering. Fantastic clubhouse. More artificial American feel than the other courses we played on the tour. I quite preferred Killarney and Druids Gleen with their more natural and Irish feel. But even then a very nice round of golf.

To fantastiske baner hvor jeg faktisk blev mest bjergtaget af den mindre hypede Casheen course. Casheen er sikkert simpelthen for vanskelig og straffende for de fleste golfere. Vi spillede begge baner i pivstorm og fik alle alvorlig røvfuld. Fantastisk landskab i kæmpe klitter. Klubhuset er desværre en betonbunker som er helt malplaceret i den smukke rå natur. Irland… Plus

I played this course many years ago just after i started playing golf. It was for many years the most beautiful and fun golfcourse i had played. Even today i remember quite a lot of the holes. Some day i will have to go back and play some more of Irelands fantastic golfcourses.

I played The Old Course a couple of years after I started golfing. To bad it was not today. I would have enjoyed it even more. I had around 20 in handicap and was up around 22 points at the turningpoint when I all of a sudden hit a shank. After this I shanked all the way in.
