Een mooie parkland course ten zuiden van Edinburgh. Glooiende fairways in een prachtig landschap. De baan is lang en vooral de tweede 9 is veel moeilijker dan de eerste 9. Ik speelde de tweede in 10 slagen meer dan de eerste.
Ontvangst zeer vriendelijk. Voor de wat ouderen onder ons is een buggy aan te bevelen. We hebben 11,7 km gelopen.
Nice traditional course, good hotel as well.
In december gespeeld, prachtig hotel en clubhuis. Baan heel fijn en goed. Voor 25 pond pp. (Wintertarief) Krijg je nog koffie ook. Echte aanrader.

Leisure centre needs updating as steam room and jacuzzi broken for a while I believe.
Sauna and pool great though, lockers rooms modern and all clean.
Grounds immaculate.
Rooms stunning and nice personal touches. Great TV, comfortable bed.
Food in informal Brasserie is OK not worth money. Main restaurant was very posh food but menu limited, not my cup of tea. Both restaurants add service charge too so be aware.
Staff very friendly.

Long course with unforgiving roughs. On top of hill with views and obviously the wind.
Greens in good condition with undulating profiles (as are the fairways). Open fairways except for 2 holes in the woods (which are actually very nice).
Hotel is fine, good food & bar.
Would go again.

Dalmahoy East Course
18 bucheThe East Course has been host to major events such as the Solheim Cup, the Scottish PGA and the Scottish Seniors Open to name a few. Nicknamed ‘The Beast’ this course is a true challenge for even the very best golfers demanding a combination of raw power and a precise short game to be able to score. The fairways are wide and mostly forgiving (save for a few cunningly placed bunkers by Mr Braid), so you’re able to open the shoulders and really go for it on most tees. The greens are large and receptive, meaning you should have a large target to aim at if you can keep the ball in play off the tee.
Dalmahoy West Course
18 bucheA perfect complement to its bigger brother, the West Course has an excellent mix of challenging holes which will test your accuracy off the tee and your short game around the greens. Ideal for beginners or people who only play occasionally, the West Course can be shortened to just 9 or 13 holes, as the course winds its way past the Hotel giving the option of only playing for 90 mins to 2hrs if you’re short on time.
