Nabij Parijs, de Lichtstad, en op een boogscheut van Versailles kunt u nu een onvergetelijke ronde golf spelen op de Golf National, decor van de Ryder Cup 2018 en van de HNA Open de France!
Opwarmen kan op de Aigle om dan de uitdaging van de Albatros aan te gaan, minder dan een jaar voor de Ryder Cup titanenstrijd losbarst tussen de beste Europese en Amerikaanse golfers, van 28 tot 30 september 2018.
Le Golf National biedt 45 holes, een uitzonderlijke trainingssite met 2 driving ranges en 3400m² putting en chipping zone om uw kort spel te oefenen. Op de site ook nog 3 restaurants, waarvan 2 in het onlangs vernieuwde Novotel Saint Quentin, ons ****hotel.

The Albatros course of Lé Golf National is a beast!
It’s an inland-links-style golf course with hard greens, narrow fairways, a lot of water and very very very dense rough.
Pro:

When it comes to the rough: you are right, this makes the Albatros a really challenging championship course and it is one of its distinctive feature. Especially a few weeks before the 2018 HNA Open de France and a few months before the 2018 Ryder Cup matches. As for the greenkeeping team, our apologies if you felt not really considerated on the course. We took it into consideration and let them know. Eccezionale una volta nella vita bisogna giocarci se poi è il periodo vicino all' Open e alla ryder si è in paradiso. Tecnicissimo e difficilissimo ma ineguagliabili le sensazioni.

Niet zo een leuke baan nadat je eerst op national hebt gespeeld. Fairways bruin door te weinig water
Greens waren zeer moeilijk bespeelbaar door te lang gras te weinig gemaaid
Het is geen moeilijke baan maar weinig uitdagend.

Dear Eric, Thank you very much for sharing your feedback with us. You are right with regard to the Aigle Course conditions in August. Since 2017, we have had to cope with periods of dryness during the summer. As we are deeply committed in sustainable development – GEO certification, ffgolf Environment & Water Charter, we have decided to use water from our retention pond only to irrigate tees and greens of the Aigle Course during such periods. This way, we are able to secure water for the Albatros Course a couple of months before the French Open and remain eco-friendly. Therefore, I acknowledge that fairways were a bit brown and I apologize if you felt this reduced your experience. Furthermore, I understand that you have played a few days after the annual aeration – we sanded and hollow-cored the whole course. Therefore, greens were showing a 5 mm cut instead of a 4 mm cut. As the playing conditions were not aligned with our presentation standards, we offered you a very special price of €40 per Aigle green fee - still valid until August 28th. All the team looks forward to welcoming you once again at a different period Eric. Thus, you will be able to relish getting a much better experience on the Aigle Course. 2 nachten geboekt op het Novotel op de baan en zowel de L'Aigle als de Albatros gespeeld. Het was een vreemde ervaring. Het Novotel is zoals je het kent van de snelweg. Saai, kil en niet passend bij een golfbaan van deze statuur. Het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook het clubhuis is van het niveau "truckersstop".
