Om Damme Golf & Country Club
The 18 holes Championship Course at Damme Golf & Country Club is a beautiful 18 hole course. The course through it's design proves to be a challenge for the better players, whilst enjoyable to the less talented golfer. The course demands a good strategy as you play between trees and water hazards, rewarding good shots whilst quickly punishing any mistakes.
The 9 hole "President's Nine" designed by Belgian architect Bruno Steensels and opened in June 2014, has a feel of a Links course as you play through valleys between sand hills. Water hazards are present on all the holes and the course is very much a "risk and reward" course, tempting you to attempt shots that are on the limit of your capabilities.
The 9 hole "Compact Course" is a short course measuring 1146 meters, an ideal course for our beginners, the less talented players and for the better players to improve their short game.

Played President's Nine twice for 18 holes. Very good lay-out in tranquil countryside surroundings. A number of very nice holes with quite a bit of water. At 85 EUR certainly not the cheapest. Will return to play championship course.

Beautiful golf course, great teeboxes, beautiful fairways, fast greens. Actually nothing to criticize except that the course is a bit on the expensive side, that makes the price quality ratio a bit less.

De pro shop is zeer uitgebreid en men wordt goed geholpen. Het clubhuis en restaurant is verzorgd en aangenaam. Heerlijk geluncht.
De putiing green en driving range zijn goed. Dan de baan: mooie lay-out. Stevige uitdagingen, veel lengte nodig en mooie bunkers en hindernissen. Ook de fairway was “vol”. Tee boxen ook mooi vlak. We hebben genoten. Alleen de greens, die moet…

het weer kon niet beter, zoals ook mijn vrienden in de flight.
de fairways zijn wijds. de waterpartijen mooi en beter te vermijden... wel erg vlak dus onder gezonde omstandigheden een buddy niet nodig.
de horeca was erg gastvrij en de keuken heerlijk!
voor herhaling vatbaar.

Greens waren 14 dagen geleden geprikt dus lagen er (nog) niet optimaal bij.
Voor de rest een zeer mooie baan met redelijk veel water en verschillende holes en greens.
