La Manga Club has always been a synoymous for golf. The prestigious North, South and West courses along with the Pitch & Putt offer different styles to challenge golfers of all levels. These 18-hole courses have been carefully designed by Arnold Palmer, Robert Putman, Dave Thomas and Seve Ballesteros, respectively. The magnificent golf facilities also include a Golf Practice Centre, which is considered the best of its kind in Europe and our Golf Training Centre, directed by the legendary Thomas Johansson and his team.
La Manga Club lives and breathes sports, it has been our core business since the very first day, and we both support and identify with the values it represents.

The West Course, with its frequent changes in elevation, offers a different set of challenges. The front nine demand accurate driving to avoid the 'barrancas' (natural storm gullies), while the back nine, up amongst the hills, are more open but nonetheless challenging.

Palm trees, lakes and natural storm gullies known as 'barrancas' are key features of the North Course, which is slightly shorter than the South, with tighter fairways and larger greens.
The greens have plenty of movement built in. A good example is the par 3 second, which has three distinct plateaux - a great test of putting.

This par 47 is great for sharpening your short game, with bunkers, water hazards and some subtle right-to-left and left-to-right putts on the greens.
The par 3s are particularly well designed, with excellent greens for putting, real bunkers and light rough around three holes. An enjoyable round in a beautifully landscaped setting.

Aujourd’hui, nous avons jouer le parcours sud. Toujours aussi bon entretien, mais je le trouve un peu monotone. Cependant après consultation de la famille, ils le préfèrent au nord! Nous avons joué le North aujourd’hui. Le dessin est assez banal mais les départs et les fairways sont très beaux. Les bunkers inégaux. Les greens sont roulants mais agiles par le passage des nombreux touristes qui ne relèvent pas leurs pitchs. Les greens fées sont assez chers et les chariots manuels payant à 8 euros ce qui est excessif!

Ich habe den Platz zum ersten Mal gespielt. Es erwartet den Spieler eine schöne Topographie, spannende Löcher und am Ende auf dem Tee 18 ein Superausblick. Die Grüns waren sehr gut. De banen zijn uitdagend en fijn om te spelen.
Ze zijn alle 3 verschillend.
Zeer ruim domein waar je alle faciliteiten terug vindt om je als golfer uit te leven.

La Manga has held many international events, and this week both South and North course welcomed the Qualifying School of the Ladies European Tour.
To be fair, the course was not in the condition to afford not giving “lift clean and place” on the fairways. The greens could have also been better taken care of.
