About Circolo Golf Villa d'Este

A beautiful 18-hole course designed by Peter Gannon which winds its way through chestnut, ash and pine trees sheltering golfers even from the intense August heat. Circolo Golf Villa d'Este is considered one of the most challenging and difficult par 69's in Europe, even though it is the site of several amateur competitions each year. The club house overlooks several holes and a spacious view of the Montorfano lake.

Almeno 3 green avevano un tipo di erba molto diverso dagli altri rendendoli più lenti. Erba comunque lunga. Pitching area molto piccola. Erba sintetica sulle piazzole non ottimale.

Campo affascinante per la storia e tecnico per il disegno. La manutenzione è sempre eccellente anche se l’ultima volta che ho giocato, purtroppo il green della 4 era chiuso per lavori. La Club house è in assoluto la più bella d’Italia.

Il principe! Installation parfaite délicieusement old fashion, terrain sans défaut, fairways exceptionnels, cadre magnifique, tout est superbe. Rien à dire. Un golf d’exception qui mérite son classement, à jouer au moins deux fois dans sa vie de golfeur.
