Banan var riktigt trevlig. Personalen gjorde ett gott intryck. Bra med starter..

Deze baan gespeeld op basis van positieve reviews op deze site. En absoluut geen spijt gehad. Mooie baan met goede fairways en eerlijke, maar zeer snelle greens. Onderhoud van de baan staat op een hoog niveau.
Baan is prima te lopen (met een trolley). Af en toe wat hoogteverschillen, maar over het algemeen vrij vlak. Redelijk wat waterhindernissen en bunkers met goed zand.
Van het clubhuis moet je niet teveel verwachten. Een houten blokhutje met binnen 1 tafeltje, maar met een mooi terras dat uitkijkt over hole 9 en hole 10 (eiland green). Ook de kleedruimtes stellen niets voor. Omgekleed aankomen, dus. En na afloop douchen bij thuiskomst.
Enige nadeel dat ik bedenken is dat de oefenfaciliteiten, overigens van hoog niveau, helemaal aan de andere kant van het parkeerterrein liggen. Wel een grote putting green bij de tee van hole 1.
Ontvangst zoals het hoort, zakelijk maar vriendelijk.
Ik kom hier graag nog eens terug.

Lo Romero Golf is referred to as the “The golf island” a name that it has been referred to since it´s inaugration in the Levante area located in the Spanish Province of Alicante. ¨The Golf Island¨ is actually situated on the 18th green, which is fairly level circular green surrounded by water. From the first tee shot to the last putt on the 18th green, the golfer will enjoy a round of golf at Lo Romero due to its tranquillity while being surrounded by the beauty of the Spanish Mediterranean nature. On some holes you can even admire the panoramic views across the sea. Lo Romero is built on an old apple and pear orchard. The course is well maintained and offers a great design!
