Nestling between the western end of Lake Geneva and the Jura Mountains, and straddling the French-Swiss border, you'll find a small but excellent collection of championship golf courses. Together with the imperious Domaine Imperial, one of the best is Maison Blanche. Like neighbouring Divonne and Bonmont, this is a layout that offers wonderful views of the forested Jura range, while your golf game is given an enjoyable but thorough examination. Occupying partly-open and partly-wooded terrain in a quiet and wonderfully natural location, many holes include some degree of elevation change. The generally good-width fairways will give long hitters confidence from the tee, but trees and long, uncompromising grass awaits anything hit too far offline. Maison Blanche's combination of a wonderfully scenic, natural and well laid-out course, seems to combine with its proximity to Geneva to make this one of the area's busiest member-courses. As a weekday visitor, you'll certainly need to check for tee-time availability before rolling-up, and, like many courses around Geneva, be prepared to pay a fairly hefty green fee.

Accueil sympathique. Magnifiques arbres qui longent le parcours et en ce jour de canicule on a pu apprécier la fraîcheur qu’ils nous ont donnée. Le rough quand il y en a est composé de hautes herbes, mais il n’y en a pas beaucoup. Les fairways sont larges et très bien entretenus. Les greens ne sont pas plats. Ils sont bien entretenus.
Le parcours est très beau, il est vallonné et très souvent technique. Il y a beaucoup d’obstacles d’eau qui sont redoutables. Le trou 9 est superbe : le départ se fait en hauteur et en bas on a une rivière à passer. C’est un véritable Challenges. Visuellement le parcours est très beau avec des fleurs et des arbres comme des châtaigniers, des noyers, des pins...
Je me suis régalée et c’était avec grand plaisir que je le rejouerai.

Zusammen mit Genf und Domaine Imperial gehört Maison Blanche zu den Besten Golfplätzen der Region. Wie die Nachbarorte Divonne und Bonmont bietet die Anlage einen herrlichen Blick auf die bewaldete Jurakette bietet. Viele Löcher befinden sich in offenem oder teilweise bewaldetem Gelände in einer ruhigen und natürlichen Umgebung. In einem coupierten Gelände mit einem abwechlungsreichen Layout trifft man auf breite Fairways und doch ist jedes Loch eine Herausforderung. Ein Golfcart kann durchaus nützlich sein, denn die Distanzen sind nicht klein.
