Between Rouen and Le Havre, located only 1h30 from Paris, this golf course is in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Boucles de la Seine Normande. Created by the architect J.P. Fourès in 1991, the golf course covers 62 hectares and its fairways are closely carved in the woods and some slightly hilly, which requires straight driver shots. The golf of Jumièges is located in a majestic environment in Normandy, in a loop of the Seine river, on the road of fruits and orchards and not far from the superb towers of the abbey.

Le cadre est superbe mais le parcours manque d'entretien, fairway peu qualitatif et les greens sont mal entrenues

Jumieges wordt ingeklemd door de Seine. Komend vanuit het zuiden moesten we met de pont. Hier konden we met de golfomax spelen 2 voor de prijs van 1.
Het is grotendeels een bosbaan met erg leuke afwisselende holes. In het bos groeide volop varens. Bal dus recht slaan want terugvinden van een bal lukt bijna niet. Door de droge zomer had de baan veel te lijden gehad. De fairway waren enorm dor. De greens waren goed en snel. De baan is ligt glooiend en goed te belopen.

Golf agréable surtout lorsqu’il y a du vent car bien abrité dans la forêt. Nécessite un jeu assez droit car beaucoup de fairway au milieu des arbres.

Dans une région pleine de charmes, le golf de Jumièges situé sur le plateau offre de belles vues sur les versant du méandre de la vallée de la Seine, et des endroits très calmes dans les bois. Le parcours est très varié, et la difficulté toujours présente. Il faut mieux ètre précis et garder la balle sur le parcours, car les sous-bois et les hautes herbes sont sans pardon. Les installations de practice sont bien développées. Le logement sur place est très pratique et d'un niveau de confort très simple. La terrasse du Club House offre une belle vue sur le parcours et le practice. Un bon moment de golf.
