Ein weiteres tolles Beispiel, neben Castle Stuart, dass modernes Golfplatz Design auch wunderbar in die Highlands passen. Der 7.400 Yard, Par 72 Championship Golfplatz wurde vom Golfplatzarchitekten Dr. Martin Hawtree toll entworfen und folgt einem klassischen Muster aus je einer Hin- und Zurück Schleifen pro 9- Loch. Alle 18 Löcher schlängeln sich wunderbar durch die Great Dunes of Scotland und das Design ist einfach spektakulär und die Lage direkt am Meer mit vielen Panoramablicken auf die Nordsee und die dramatische Küstenstreifen sind kaum zu übertreffen. Obwohl viele verschiedene Tee Boxen zur Verfügung stehen, ist der Platz wohl passender für geübte Golfer, ganz besonders wenn der meist anwesende Wind ins Spiel eingreift und der Platz für alle Spielstärken zu einer grossen Herausforderung wird. Schottlische Mitspieler werde Sie wohl nicht viele antreffen, denn für die lokalen Golfer sind die aufgerufenen Green-Fee Preise sureal. Sehr gut assortieren Pro-Shop und Top Vermarktung im typischer US Style. Ob man mit einen Trump Plakette, welche Gratis abgegeben wurde, auch neue Freunde auf dem Golfplatz findet ist eine ganz andere Frage.

All 18 holes meander beautifully through the Great Dunes of Scotland and the design is simply spectacular and the location directly by the sea with many panoramic views of the North Sea and the dramatic coastline are hard to beat. Although many different tee boxes are available, the course is probably more suitable for experienced golfers, especially when the most wind is present and the course becomes a great challenge for all skill levels. You won't find many Scottish players, because for the local golfers the green fee prizes are sureal. Very well assorted Pro-Shop and top marketing in the typical US style. Whether you can find new friends on the golf course with a Trump badge, which was given away for free, is a completely different question.

Fabulous golfcourse! Great setting next to the beach. Fantastic greens and maintanace. Mind the grain on the greens. We played of the white tees without wind and the blue tees would be more challenging. Fairways are prity wide and if you miss you still have a chance of finding it playable. Worthwhile a visit! It's an unique experience.
