Parndana Golf Club

This was the 1st course i noticed when on Kangeroo island. As on many curses in this area there are always members, mostly pensioners, who spent time to keep the club going. Also this club consist of members who participate in competitions approx 20 men and 5 ladies. With some sponsors and hard work they keep the course in playable conditions.

The greenfee cannot be a problem as 10 to 15 AUD is peanuts and you'll support the club. Also here the blacks for putting and I understood that at least once a year they have to be renewed with the grit/slack and motoroil to make putting acceptable. For all golf loving visitors you have to try this, it is slower as you are used to, but also fun.
