Surrounded by beautiful countryside, at the heart of golfing Perthshire, it provides a feeling of escape as well as spectacular views. Built on gently sloping parkland, once the grounds of Ferntower House, the courses provide a fair, but challenging experience for all levels of player. Excellent playing conditions and friendly reception to visitors led to the club being voted as one of the top UK golf courses by readers of Golf World magazine. The Ferntower Course is not only for the big boys, many society and social players enjoy the open nature of the course and the merciful rough. Corporate packages are tailored to the number of rounds favoured in a season and are very flexible.

En trevlig väldigt välskött bana med trevlig personal. Nio gubbar lite halvsena till start hade ingen möjlighet att pröva träningsmöjligheterna. Men bra, trevlig parkbana, bra skött...

Goed onderhouden golfbaan. Lange en brede fairways, zeer goed onderhouden en dito snelle greens die goed ''houden'', nette, schone en goed onderhouden T. boxen. Soms, spannende afslagen op / naar een par 3 green. Mooie park (ver) gezichten in een ontspannen, glooiend landschap, waar je de bal (bijna) altijd terug vindt. De Driving range, tussen de fairways, achter de starters accomodatie, even zoeken. Rustige baan, haast is niet geboden, immers het ''edele''spel verdient aandacht. Het clubhuis, niet gezellig in mijn optiek (waar las u dit ook alweer) Schots, je komt om te golfen. Verwacht geen verrassingen op de menu kaart te vinden. Het thee / koffie servies met club logo, is een leuk souvenir, echter, niet te koop. De kleed kamers, basic en gedateerd.

Golfcourse 18 holes all along the side of a hill with lovely views. Nice playing but a little monotonous.
Also 9 hole course.
Excellent courses with fantastic views of the hills
Clubhouse and proshop were very welcoming
Well worth a visit.
