Mooipoort Golf Club

Mooipoort is a 3101 metre for men and 2553 for ladies, 18 hole golf course with 29 separate tee-boxes (ladies & mens) and 18 greens. It's situated north east of Pretoria on the R573 / Moloto road. The golf course is situated in the Roodeplaat / Dinokeng meander. The golf course was established some 18 years ago and changed hands in March 2008. The new owners managed to improve the greens and fairways to a good standard. Mooipoort offers a licensed clubhouse were tired golfers can relax at the pub. There are also braai's so golfers and their families can make the day a nice relaxing one with a typical South African braai. The clubhouse can also be booked for more formal functions of up to 200 people.
