Berliner Golf Club Gatow e.V.

Recht schöne Golfanlage. Was mir persönlich nur nicht besonders gefallen hat, ist das Publikum dort. Die dortigen Golfer bzw. Vereinsmitglieder sind neuen Golfern nicht wirklich aufgeschlossen bzw. Gastfreundlich :(.

I loved playing this 18 hole course. It used to be a 9 hole course but they added 9 holes not too long ago. The course is fun to play and has really interesting holes with an elevation drop and ascent that you don’t find elsewhere in Berlin.

The fairways were too dry but this was due to no rain in Berlin for a month.

If you want a relaxing fun round of Golf, play Gatow!

A great little course and as a Brit knowing it was built by the British is something you can see in the clubhouse, with the snooker table and dart board making it feel like a club in the UK.

The golf course is quirky meandering around the quarry and through the woods, very different holes with different feels, sometimes like links feel some like a parkland.

Der Golfplatz Gatow ist sehr schön und top gepflegt. Abwechslungsreiche Topographie, Vegetation, Seen und alten Baumbestände. Die Bahnen sind abwechslungsreich mit einen mittleren Schwierigkeitsgrad. Es macht Spaß über den kleinen See mit Wasserfontäne zu springen, auch wenn er die Bälle magisch anzieht. Die teilweise hügelige Landschaft lässt das Golfer Herz höher schlagen. Ein sehr schöner Platz auf dem ich 3 bis 4 Mal im Jahr sehr gerne spiele. Die Gastronomie ist ok, auch wenn man teilweise leider sehr lange auf die Getränke warten muss.
