La Manga Club has always been a synoymous for golf. The prestigious North, South and West courses along with the Pitch & Putt offer different styles to challenge golfers of all levels. These 18-hole courses have been carefully designed by Arnold Palmer, Robert Putman, Dave Thomas and Seve Ballesteros, respectively. The magnificent golf facilities also include a Golf Practice Centre, which is considered the best of its kind in Europe and our Golf Training Centre, directed by the legendary Thomas Johansson and his team.
La Manga Club lives and breathes sports, it has been our core business since the very first day, and we both support and identify with the values it represents.

The West Course, with its frequent changes in elevation, offers a different set of challenges. The front nine demand accurate driving to avoid the 'barrancas' (natural storm gullies), while the back nine, up amongst the hills, are more open but nonetheless challenging.

La Manga Club - North Course 3/4
Holes: 18
Palm trees, lakes and natural storm gullies known as 'barrancas' are key features of the North Course, which is slightly shorter than the South, with tighter fairways and larger greens.
The greens have plenty of movement built in. A good example is the par 3 second, which has three distinct plateaux - a great test of putting.

This par 47 is great for sharpening your short game, with bunkers, water hazards and some subtle right-to-left and left-to-right putts on the greens.
The par 3s are particularly well designed, with excellent greens for putting, real bunkers and light rough around three holes. An enjoyable round in a beautifully landscaped setting.

South Course : great course, by far the best of the 3! Each hole had it’s own character, demanding course management! La Manga has held many international events, and this week both South and North course welcomed the Qualifying School of the Ladies European Tour.
To be fair, the course was not in the condition to afford not giving “lift clean and place” on the fairways. The greens could have also been better taken care of.

Campo muy técnico con muchos hoyos ciegos y diseño complicado donde el uso del drive está reservado a pocos hoyos aunque merece la pena llevarlo aunque sea solo por el hoyo 18 en el que la tee de salida está a una altura considerable y una calle amplia donde aterriza la bola despues de volar el cielo de La Manga.

Oefenfaciliteiten prima, wel veel gereserveerde plekken door golfgroepen in de ochtend. North course heerlijk om te spelen. Uitdagend, niet al te breed, mooie layout. Onderhoud perfect.
