About Assoufid Golf Club
Assoufid Golf Club is an excitingly diverse and challenging golf course destination situated in the vibrant city of Marrakech. Featuring palm trees, cacti and olive trees, the 18-hole, par-72 golf course lies on a naturally undulating terrain. Assoufid Golf Club’s design vision was to create a desert-style course, integrated into the unique existing landscape while maximizing the scenic views of the Atlas Mountains to the south. Designed by former European Tour player, Niall Cameron, the golf course takes into consideration its environmental impact through minimal water consumption and the preservation of native plants and trees. The Clubhouse features a reception area, a Pro Shop, locker rooms with showers, a private Members’ Lounge and the La Colline Restaurant. Assoufid Golf Club additionally offers practice facilities for all guests, including a driving range, practice putting green and chipping area.

Sehr gut gepflegter Platz, schöne und interessante 18 Loch. Kleiner Abstrich bei der Gastfreundschaft. Bag muss man selbst auf den Wagen schnüren, Clubs werden leider nicht automatisch gereinigt (nur nach Rückfrage) und Wasser wird auch nicht offeriert. Da sind einige Golfclubs in Marokko grosszügiger. Zudem ist es der teuerste Platz in Marrakech, da dürfte man den Service erwarten.
Aber der Platz alleine ist es Wert dort zu spielen.

Spectacular is the word that comes to mind. Beautiful surroundings in the hilly area. The course is in excellent condition, both fairways, greens an teeboxes are fine. And the design is perfect.
There is a gigantic area of waist land surrounding every hole, the ball will run out in it if you are anywhere near the edge of the fairway, and its is full of stone, so you will ruin your irons if you try to hit from there.
Over spel zonder caddy werd niet moeilijk gedaan. Een mooie af en toe uitdagende baan, met name vwb hole 9 t/m 18 met mooie hoogteverschillen. Goed te lopen met een prima kwaliteit trolly. Bijzonder vriendelijke ontvangst. Heerlijke rosé aan het einde van een hele mooie ronde.

Superbe parcours ou le terrain est très bien entretenu rien à dire. Le practice est sur herbe avec balle a volonté si vous jouez le parcours. Le club house est moderne le golf a ouvert en 2015. Les tarifs du restaurant sont très correct et la carte est bien.
On peut jouer le parcours soit en prenant un chariot ou une voiturette ou un cadet.
Le parcours est légèrement vallonné et les trous variés. Les pars 3 des blanches sont long je trouve sauf le 17 qui est la carte postale du parcours.
Si vous allez au Maroc et a Marrakech allez le jouer vous ne serez pas déçu.
