Un clásico del golf español de 1910. Al igual que Ulzama fue uno de mis primeros campos en el norte. La vegetación y el suelo es diferente. Me acuerdo de la salida en tubo del hoyo 1. Un trazado muy diverso en el monte de Jaizkibel, algo exigente en algunas zonas del campo.
Todos los campos de principios de siglos hay que jugarlos. Otro Golf con otras bases en la construcción.

Un campo magnífico, con hoyos muy diversos. Al estar en la ladera del monte Jaizkibel, tiene muchas cuestas. Te exige saber pegar golpes en cualquier posición.
Los greens estaban impecables. Las calles tenían mezcla de hierba.
Instalaciones un poco anticuadas.
Piscina espectacular.
Uitstekende baan, goede lay-out, erg leuk en authentiek clubhuis en waanzinnige keuken. Verschillende banen gespeeld, deze is 1 vd beste.

Parcours très physique et long. Cependant beau cadre. Green carottés et fairway scarifiés. Pas de prix spécial printemps! On y reviendra pour améliorer le score!

Decent golf course with quite diverse hole layout. As is the case with the other San Sebastian golf course this one is very up and down too. Course condition was okay but the fairways were aerated and unfortunately quite wet. Greens were okay. Interesting pro-shop... :) Clubhouse is very nice with lovely terrace overlooking the tricky uphill par 3 finishing hole. I agree with LC member BelgianGolfer that things are quite complicated here and practically no one speaks any English at all here so make sure you arrive well before your tee-time.
Still a golf course worth playing.
