Dubsdread Golf Course

This is one of the oldest layouts in Florida dating back all the way to 1924. As a former site of the Orlando Golf Open many legends have played this course, most notably the greatest Sam Snead and Ben Hogan.

The course is very short but very technical. You don't need the driver on most holes unless you are very accurate with your tee shots as the fairways are very narrow. To make your game even more interesting the small "postage stamp" style greens are well protected with lots of bunkers.

The course was in good playing condition and the staff was very friendly.

All in all great test of accuracy and course management. Good value for money.

This would be a nice course to play when you're living in one of the houses next to the course. After work, and have dinner halfway. Otherwise not a very special course; flat and not very well maintained when we played there in wintertime.

Dit zou een mooie baan zijn om te spelen als je in één van de huizen eromheen woonde. Na het werk, en halverwege stoppen om te eten. Niet een bijzondere golfbaan; plat en niet bijzonder goed onderhouden, al speelden we er in de winter.
