About Golf De Chiberta

Thanks to its warm climate and its exceptional natural environment, the Basque Country has become a major draw for golfers. At Anglet, the Chiberta International Golf Course, where our hotel is located, was designed by Tom Simpson in 1927 to become (as was stated in the architect's contract) the world's most beautiful golf course. The course he designed got the thumbs up from its demanding owners, with a mix of ocean-side links and an inland in Chiberta forest. Today, the golf course remains the same as the one designed by Simpson: a 5,647-metre-long Par 70. Since 2002, young players and beginners have been able to practice on the 9-hole Impératrice course.

Très beau golf avec à proximité le golf de l'impératrice de 9 trous. Le golf de Chiberta bordé le littoral d'Anglet avec une vue magnifique. Très bien entretenu le parcours est agréable. Le practice est très bien équipé. Rapport qualité prix correct.

Un 9 trous l'impératrice plat et court parfait pour les débutants. Chiberta le 18 trous magnifique jouable toute l'année avec les links redoutables par grand vent et le parcour en forêt plus reposant mais très varié. Fairways en moquette mais greens non homogènes au niveau de la roule. On peut bien sûr jouer en chariot manuel. J'ai été agréablement surpris par la qualité…

Magnifique parcours de bord de mer Une grande partie de links la forêt est intéressante Un paysage somptueux avec Biarritz en fond Les embruns peuvent être dantesques Le vent est souvent en jeu, il faut savoir faire avec... Un parcours incontournable du sud-ouest Si on l’aime, c’est à vie.

Molto bello il disegno del percorso con alcune buche in riva al mare. Campo pratica sull acqua con palline un po troppo costose e battitori troppo piccoli. Campo assolutamente da giocare!
