The Grand Resort Bad Ragaz is the only resort in Switzerland to have two golf courses of its own. The long-established 18-hole PGA Championship Course has been a venue on the annual European Seniors Tour for more than twenty years. Grand Resort Bad Ragaz is situated in eastern Switzerland, surrounded by mountains in the “Heidiland” holiday region, about an hour’s drive from Zurich, and is considered Europe’s leading wellbeing and medical health resort. It offers two luxury hotels combined with gourmet gastronomy with seven restaurants, plus wellbeing with its own thermal waters, business facilities, public thermal bath and casino. The selection of wellbeing and relaxation offerings is supplemented by the internationally renowned Medical Health Centre.

Super Parkland Course mit top gepflegten Fairways und Greens. Leider störend ist die Strasse, die durch den Platz führt und das rauschen der nah gelegenen Autobahn. Ein Tip ; nach der Runde unbedingt im Clubrestaurant die Cremeschnitten probieren. 10 Punkte dafür.

Der Platz liegt in einem wunderschönen Park mit sehr altem Baumbestand und das umgeben von Bergen. Die Löcher sind alle flach und trotzdem nicht einfach zu spielen, dass macht es sehr interessant. Negativ ist die Strasse die durch den Park führt und auch 4 mal pro Runde durch eine Tunnelunterführung umgangen werden muss. Alles andere ist aber TOP. Gerne wieder ;-).

Man fühlt sich auf diesem Platz sehr willkommen! Der Platz befindet sich in einer ultimativ schönen Umgebung und ist in einem tadellosen Zustand. Nach der schönen Runde wird man in einem feudalen Restaurant zuvorkommend bedient und geniesst ausgzeichnetes Essen. Insgesamt wunderbares Golfvergnügen.
